Open the task list file in your favorite document editor. Edit the "Header/Footer". Insert your company logo as an image. You can left, right or center align the logo. Now save the document.

Ease Of Use

All types of equipment's task lists are in a single document. You may consider separating each type of equipment into individual files. This will make it easier in the future to use.

Maintenance Visit Planning

Once you split the task lists into individual files you can save a copy for each piece of equipment, for each of your customers. Create a folder on your computer, call it PM-Visits or something similar. Inside that folder create a folder for each of your customers. Inside each customer folder add the specific task lists needed for the job. You should name them in a manner that allows you to tell if they are spring, fall, winter etc. visits.
